I have been looking in all the high street stores and retail magazines, but everything is so expensive. My friend has advised me to pick up an inversion table but I can’t seem to find one anywhere for a good price, do any of you guys have any ideas? Money is quite tight at the moment, so I really need one for cheap, I would even consider second hand. Since I have been working at home, my back pain has gotten worse, and it feels like my spine is all squashed up after just a couple of hours at my desk. I really can’t go on like this and need something to stop the back pain.
My friend owns a teeter hang ups inversion table and has said that it has really improved her condition, although it does seem a bit pricey brand new, I could not find anything for under three hundred dollars.
